When does billing start?
Billing starts when you complete payment checkout. Your Vault is typically up and running within a few minutes.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from Account Settings — no need to contact us. Changes take effect immediately and are prorated.
What happens to my tours if I cancel?
Your tours are not deleted immediately. When a subscription expires or is cancelled, your Vault goes offline and tours become unavailable. If the plan is not renewed within 30 days of expiration, your Vault and all tour data are permanently deleted.
Do you support custom domains?
Pro includes one custom domain; Enterprise includes up to five. Contact our support team (link below) with your domain and we'll configure it for you. Starter accounts use your .vistavault.net subdomain only.
