Frequently asked questions

When does billing start?
Billing starts when your VM is provisioned and marked active. You won't be charged for the waiting period.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Contact us to upgrade or downgrade. Plan changes take effect immediately.
What happens to my tours if I cancel?
Your VM and all tour data are retained for 30 days after cancellation. After that the VM is terminated.
Do you support custom domains?
Custom domains are available on the Enterprise plan. All other plans use your .vistavault.net subdomain.
